The Mortgage Calculators provide an easy
means to determine what you can afford, how much the payments will be,
and what effect purchasing points has on the overall monthly payment
amount. There are calculators for determining the cost of renting versus
the cost of buying, comparing 3 different loans, prepaying a loan versus
investing the money elsewhere, calculating the down payment amount,
amortization schedulers, and more.
