What is my home worth?

When buying your new home you need to ensure that not only is it the right property for you but also that it's priced correctly.  As your mortgage and realty consultant, I will research similar properties in the area and advise you not only what they sold for, but also what similar properties are currently under offer.  This will give you a good idea of the current market value of the property you are considering purchasing.  Of course, every property is unique and individualized enhancements can affect the price.  Also by scrutinizing the seller's disclosure and the home inspection report we will be able to advise you of other aspects which may ultimately affect the price.  If there are repairs to be made we can help in the negotiations with the seller to either ensure they are fixed prior to closing or to negotiate a reduction in the sale price.
